Free Loop Pack
1. Credit
Whenever you release music that incorporates any of these loops or samples, you must provide clear and visible credit in the following form:

2. Commercial Use and Revenue Sharing
If you sell a beat or use these loops in any project that generates revenue (for example via BeatStars, Soundee or similar platforms), you agree to share sales and publishing royalties equally (50/50) with SYLAN.

3. Major Placements
If you obtain a placement with a major artist or a record label,you must contact SYLAN in advance so that the placement can be properly cleared and a fair royalty arrangement can be confirmed.
4. Streaming Royalties
If a track using these loops generates income on any profitable streaming platform (including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube),all available royalties must be shared equally (50/50) between you and SYLAN.
5. Notification Requirement
If you achieve any placement or commercial release using these loops, you are required to inform SYLAN as soon as possible.
6. License Grant
These loops are provided as a non-exclusive, royalty-sharing license.
You are free to edit, chop or otherwise modify the loops, provided that you comply with the terms above.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using these loops, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use.
